LayerLogic Terms of ServiceBy installing or using LayerLogic, you agree to the following terms.1. Description of ServiceLayerLogic is a Google Workspace add-on for Google Calendar that provides features including:Undo and redo of calendar event changes
Snapshot creation and restoration of calendar state
Creation of bundled events based on user-defined templatesLayerLogic operates on user calendar data only in response to user-initiated actions.2. Use of the ServiceYou agree to use LayerLogic:In compliance with all applicable laws and Google Workspace policies
Only on calendars you are authorized to access and modify
In a manner that does not disrupt or misuse Google Calendar servicesYou are responsible for reviewing changes made to your calendar using LayerLogic.3. User ResponsibilityLayerLogic provides tools to assist with calendar management, but users remain responsible for:Verifying the accuracy of calendar changes
Reviewing undo, snapshot, and bundle actions before and after execution
Ensuring that important calendar data is managed appropriately
4. Availability and ChangesLayerLogic is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the service at any time, with or without notice.We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.5. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, LayerLogic shall not be liable for:Loss or modification of calendar data
Scheduling errors or missed events
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the serviceUse of LayerLogic is at your own risk.6. Billing and SubscriptionsCertain features of LayerLogic may require a paid subscription.Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor.LayerLogic does not store full payment details.Subscription terms, billing cycles, and cancellations are managed through Stripe’s customer portal.7. Third-Party ServicesLayerLogic relies on third-party services including:Google Calendar (Google Workspace)
Google Firebase (for data storage where applicable)
Stripe (for payment processing)Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.8. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate access to LayerLogic at any time if we believe the service is being misused or used in violation of these terms.9. Changes to These TermsThese Terms of Service may be updated from time to time.Continued use of LayerLogic after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.10.
